Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hour window= Charge of 50% of missed services. No Show No Call= Charge of 100% of missed appointments. Future appointments will not be accepted until Cancellation Fee is paid in full. Passing of a loved one(pets or human) or Car accidents day of appointment please contact salon for refund on fee. *** All Services rendered are NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES***

Location and Parking

Tigers Eye studio is located at 316 N. 2nd St. Richmond Va, 23831. The Historical 2nd street is part of the vibrant arts district of downtown Richmond Virginia.

There is free 2 hour street parking perfect for haircut timing. Pay lots are diagonal to Tigers eye. We recommend using them if you plan on being in the salon for over 2 hours. Most color appts are over 2 hours.

PLEASE allow enough time for parking to get to your appointment on time. We do have a late policy in the following guidelines below.

*When booking your appointment please confirm it is with the correct stylist. We have an upstairs that has 4 independent stylists with their own booking and the downstairs will have their own stylists. We wouldn't want any confusion or double booking!
