Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice for reschedules and cancelations. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service. NO CALL/NO SHOW or same day cancelations will be charged 100% of the reserved service. Future appointments will not be accepted until Cancellation Fee is paid in full.

Location and Parking

Tigers Eye studio is located at 316 N. 2nd St. Richmond Va, 23831. The Historical 2nd street is part of the vibrant arts district of downtown Richmond Virginia.

There is free 2 hour street parking perfect for haircut timing. Pay lots are diagonal to Tigers eye. We recommend using them if you plan on being in the salon for over 2 hours. Most color appts are over 2 hours.

PLEASE allow enough time for parking to get to your appointment on time. We do have a late policy in the following guidelines.
